Anastasia Lebedyantseva (1988)
Anastasia Lebedyantseva acquired higher education in Russia, studying simultaneously at Moscow State University of Culture and Arts (Master’s Degree in Public Relations) and at the Academic Music College of P. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Arts). In 2012 Anastasia was admitted to JVLMA, where she currently studies with Krišjānis Norvelis.
In the season of 2012/2013 she participated in international ENOA masterclasses (European Network of Opera Academies), as well as in masterclasses and concerts of the Latvian National Opera Academy.
Anastasia performed the role of Doralba in the production of Chimarosa’s comic opera Impressario in Difficulties at the Academic Music College of P. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory under the leadership of Moscow Bolshoi Theatre director Igor Ushakov; she gave a solo recital at the Moscow State Conservatory in frames of the programme Meetings at the Musical Guestroom. Anastasia participated in the Italian and Russian culture festival Oci ciornie, organized by the Russian Performing Arts Foundation in Florence (2014) and in Montecatini Terme (2015), where she performed with the Moscow Youth Chamber Orchestra under the leadership of Valery Vorona.
Since 2014 she participates in chamber music concerts and opera productions of the Latvian National Opera: amongst her roles are Cherubino in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro (director Marcelo Lombardero), Page in Verdi’s Rigoletto (director Margo Zālīte) and Nicolette in Prokofiev’s The Love for Three Oranges (director Alexander Titel).
Anastasia currently studies with Anita Garanča and Krišjānis Norvelis and attributes special significance to masterclasses with Axel Everaert, Inga Kalna, Svetlana Abzalova and Ruben Lisitsian.
